Backpack and Snorkel Purple Travel GuidePokhara Disneyland has nothing to do with Disneyland, and is not associated with Disney in any way.
It is a local branding choice meant to reflect the park’s aspiration to offer a magical, theme park-style experience, similar to well-known international amusement parks.
If you expect a Disneyland experience or anything close to it, you will be disappointed. Think of it as a comparably small agglomerate of some rides (some of them appear to be quite old), and entertainment that appeals primarily to Nepali families with small kids, and domestic tourists:
Mini amusement rides such as bumper cars, a small Ferris wheel, and merry-go-rounds
Inflatable play zones and slides for younger children
Photo zones with cartoon-themed statues and backdrops
Food stalls and snack bars serving local treats and cold drinks
Ferris Wheel we did not take it, but it seems to run much faster than any Ferris Wheel I have ever seen
Admission: At the time of writing, admission is free, and you pay for each ride.
