Backpack and Snorkel Purple Travel GuideThe KLCC - Bukit Bintang Pedestrian Walkway is a 0.73-mile (1.173-kilometer) long, elevated, and air-conditioned bridge connecting the KLCC area (Petronas Twin Towers) with the Bukit Bintang shopping and entertainment district. Opened in 2012, this architectural link allows thousands of pedestrians daily to move between the two most important commercial hubs of the city without ever stepping onto the congested streets below.
Here at Backpack and Snorkel Travel Guides, we promote self-guided walking tours.
But we realize that not everybody likes to walk by themselves in a foreign city. So, just in case that you rather go with ab guide: NO PROBLEM! Please see the GuruWalk and Viator tours below.

This walkway is a fundamental tool for any self-guided traveler in Kuala Lumpur. It provides a safe, comfortable, and efficient means of travel, allowing you to bypass heavy traffic, intense humidity, and sudden tropical downpours. For those who prefer to explore on foot, it transforms a potentially exhausting trek into a pleasant stroll. It is also an excellent vantage point for urban photography, offering elevated views of the busy intersections of Jalan Raja Chulan and Jalan Pinang.
